Refund requests must be made in writing via email or our official contact channels.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing time may take 7–14 business days.
30 days or more before departure: Full refund (excluding service fees).
15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of total booking cost.
7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of total booking cost.
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
If a tour is canceled due to insufficient participants, natural disasters, or unforeseen events, customers will receive a full refund or may opt for rebooking at a later date.
Visa fees, travel insurance, and special booking charges are non-refundable.
Flight tickets may be subject to airline cancellation policies.
If a traveler fails to show up for departure without prior notice, no refund will be granted.
