💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy – Sync Route Bill

We understand that travel plans may change. Our Refund Policy ensures fair handling of cancellations.

1. General Rules

  • Refund requests must be made in writing via email or our official contact channels.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days.

2. Cancellation by Traveler

  • 30 days or more before departure: Full refund (excluding service fees).

  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of total booking cost.

  • 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of total booking cost.

  • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.

3. Cancellation by Sync Route Bill

  • If a tour is canceled due to insufficient participants, natural disasters, or unforeseen events, customers will receive a full refund or may opt for rebooking at a later date.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Visa fees, travel insurance, and special booking charges are non-refundable.

  • Flight tickets may be subject to airline cancellation policies.

5. No-Show Policy

  • If a traveler fails to show up for departure without prior notice, no refund will be granted.
